Dance, Jump and Play at the BBQ!
On Saturday, June 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. discover the Kids Corner on the east side of High Park. There is so much to enjoy , from foam parties and inflatables to princess lessons and a sing-along with Ms. R (on the amphitheater stage). Have some fun with Derby Fire & Rescue’s water hose activity and play catch with players from the Derby Twins! All activities in the Kids Corner are free.
Mainstage Performances Your Kids Will Love
Ms. R
Sing-along with everyone’s favorite star, Ms. R! Ms. R, from Wichita Princesses, will perfom on the amphitheater stage from 9 – 9:30 a.m.
The Ms. R. character is modeled after a popular Youtuber known for her kids songs and nursery rhymes that encourage movement, gestures, language development and fun
Ms. Shonda
Your little ones will not want to miss the Music and Movement class led by Shonda on the mainstage Saturday morning, June 8 from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.
Shonda is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, parents, families, adults and couples, at an office in Derby at the Rock Counseling.
Learn how to be a princess with Wichita Princesses’ Elsa, Moana, and Cinderella, or take a superhero lesson from Spidey himself!
Be transformed into your favorite animal with a face painting by Just Face It.
Don’t miss the bubble station, bounce houses and also a foam party (foam party 11-2) from Tech 316.
